The Jahu brand was founded in 2018 in a small kiosk at Freedom Square. We were moved and inspired by a love of food and a strong desire to create something cool. We started with making pizzas and burgers. We were the first in Estonia to start using biodegradable packaging that allows food to be taken away. Additionally, we were the first kiosk mentioned in the Scandinavian food guide, White Guide.
Our burger patties are made from fresh organic ingredients, using Estonian farmers' beef. The buns are baked every morning in our bakery using our own recipe, and all fillings are prepared on-site from fresh ingredients. We focus on maximum freshness and prepare for only one workday.
Our pizza dough is made using a double fermentation method over 48 hours. All pizza ingredients are imported directly from Italy, using a personal supplier who selects the best raw materials for us.
Our core values are the quality of raw materials and authentic flavors, and environmental sustainability is a major priority for us.
